Albert I. “Buzz” Sheppard, Jr., 63, of County Road, North Branford, passed away Monday, April 19, 2010 at Yale-New Haven Hospital.  Born in New Haven on June 13, 1946; son of Barbara Smith Sheppard of North Branford and the late Albert I. Sheppard, Sr.  Buzz was a flooring specialist; was very active and long time member of the Hamden Fish & Game; was also an avid skeet shooter.  Brother of Cynthia Sheppard of Guilford and Alison Sheppard of Boston, MA.  Uncle of Marjorie Marrone.  Nephew of Marjorie Merrill of North Branford.

Private Funeral Services have been entrusted to the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, North Haven. There will be no visiting hours.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Smilow Cancer Center, 20 York St., New Haven, CT  06515 or the Hamden Fish & Game, 155 Willow St., Hamden, CT 06518.
